  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scopes:

1. Ensure safety measures and procedures are in compliance with company regulations and Malaysian legislation.

2. To advise the working team and management regarding quality, safety and environmental issues.

3. Interact and liaise with authorities and company team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

4. To manage the overall Safety and Health activities at operation site and warehouses.

5. Coordinate data entry, collation, and safekeeping all HSE and Security Documents to meet requirements of Safety, Health, Environmental and Security Data Administration.

6. To record and conduct investigation including preparing full report on occurences in any incident or accident which related to HSE and Security, and provide statistical information to the management.

7. Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control (HIRARC) with respective departments and enforce preventative measures.

8. Support the development of OHS policies and programs.

9. To initiate and conduct HSE and Security training programs and activities at workplace.

10. To perform regular workplace inspection and internal audit to ensure hazards are mitigated.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 year experience in HSE field.

2. Experience in Freight, Transportation & Warehousing industry are an added advantage.

3. Possess minimum 2 years as DOSH Registered SHO.

4. Preferable Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science or equivalent.

5. Strong knowledge of safety regulatory requirements related to workplace safety and health and all other aspects of safety, incuding Malaysian OSHA.

6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9. Able to reliably commute around Sabah.
