Job description:
- Handling of daily account operation activities; such as performing data entry for invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and etc into SQL Accounting software.
- To prepare a payment list on a timely basis.
- To check, comply with invoices and reconcile with supplier statements.
- Provide office administrative task (eg. filling, data entry, answering phones and processing the mails)
- Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management.
Job requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Higher Equivalent Qualification.
- Full set accounting with min 1- 2 years’ experience in the related field.
- Possessing knowledge in using SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage
- Is a multi-tasker. Able to work independently and meet datelines.
- Able to handle Excel, Words, Power Point and SQL Accounting software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
