Job description:

  • Handling of daily account operation activities; such as performing data entry for invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and etc into SQL Accounting software.
  • To prepare a payment list on a timely basis.
  • To check, comply with invoices and reconcile with supplier statements.
  • Provide office administrative task (eg. filling, data entry, answering phones and processing the mails)
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
  • Handle any other ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by the superior or management.

Job requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Higher Equivalent Qualification.
  • Full set accounting with min 1- 2 years’ experience in the related field.
  • Possessing knowledge in using SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Is a multi-tasker. Able to work independently and meet datelines.
  • Able to handle Excel, Words, Power Point and SQL Accounting software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
