Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements
- Provide consultation to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet client expectations.
- Use various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, databases, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Write and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Match candidates to client requirements and present suitable profiles for consideration.
- Negotiate job offers and salary packages between candidates and clients.
- Provide ongoing support to both clients and placed candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor activities.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and placement efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or similar role, ideally within a staffing agency.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
