Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Negotiate terms of business and recruitment agreements.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of hiring requirements
  • Provide consultation to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
  • Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Use various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, databases, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Write and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Match candidates to client requirements and present suitable profiles for consideration.
  • Negotiate job offers and salary packages between candidates and clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to both clients and placed candidates to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor activities.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and placement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activity and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or similar role, ideally within a staffing agency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
