  • Carry out audit for a portfolio of Malaysian Companies across a wide spectrum of industries,
  • Manage audit engagements which include audit planning, risk assessment, fieldwork and wrap-up,
  • Prepare financial statements and schedule for review,
  • Prepare draft tax computation and ensure adequate provision of tax liabilities and computation of deferred tax,
  • Identify and document audit issues and recommendations to enhance improvements in controls and procedures,
  • Have reasonable knowledge in Group Consolidation and Review of Property or Construction Contract Budgeted Cost/ Project Costing.
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines,
  • Have sound technical knowledge in MPERS and MFRS,
  • Be organized, meticulous and self-driven,
  • As a Team leader, able to manage and guide juniors on engagement teams and review their work before submitting to manager/partner for review,
  • Possess leadership skills and a team player,
  • Liaise with clients on all aspects of the engagement including highlighting to the client the issues related to accounting or other related areas.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Partial Professional Qualifications (ACCA, PA, MICPA, ICAEW, MIA or equivalent)
  • Preferred languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant audit experience for Audit Semi-Senior and 4 years of audit experience for Audit Senior
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office and computer literate
  • Possess excellent communications, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Passion for quality of work
  • Familiar with accounting and auditing standards and passionate for continuous learning.
