JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Communication Strategy Support: -Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to strengthen the company’s public image and promote its services, particularly in the medical device industry. -Coordinate and manage both internal and external communications, ensuring that the messaging is consistent across all platforms. • Content Creation and Editing: -Draft, edit, and publish content for various platforms, including social media, the company website, and promotional materials. -Assist with content creation for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional initiatives. -Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand messaging and voice. • Social Media Management: -Manage and update the company’s social media accounts with engaging and relevant content to maintain a strong online presence. -Monitor interactions and respond to inquiries or comments promptly, fostering positive engagement. -Track the performance of social media posts and analyze metrics to determine effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. • Collaboration with Graphic Designer: -Collaborate closely with the graphic designer to produce compelling marketing materials. -Assist in the design process by providing feedback and contributing ideas for visual assets such as brochures, posters, and digital content. -Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team as needed, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. • Media Relations: -Help build and maintain relationships with media contacts and handle media inquiries. -Assist in drafting press releases, coordinating media interviews, and ensuring positive media coverage. REQUIREMENTS: •Candidates must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma, or equivalent •Preferably one (1) to two (2) years working experience in the Healthcare Industry sales experience, communications, marketing, or related field.
