PROJECT COORDINATOR (INTERIOR RENOVATION CONTRACTS)

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project execution, ensuring materials, schedules, and teams are well-coordinated. Project Coordination & Scheduling Plan, manage, and track suppliers and subcontractors’ schedules Ensure subcontractors fully execute and comply with their scope of work Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously Cost & Quality Control Negotiate and communicate effectively with suppliers to manage costs Track and manage supply take-offs to ensure smooth site execution Conduct Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QAQC) checks, identifying defects before handover Project Documentation & Reporting Submit weekly project progress reports to upper management Prepare Need Statements and maintain all required paperwork Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control to ensure projects remain profitable Client & Vendor Relations Build strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and clients Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality finishes and defect-free projects
