Manager (International Resources)

The Opportunity As the Team Lead of International Resources at Equator Search, you will play a pivotal and vita role in driving new business growth and expansion together with our new team at Kuching, Sarawak. Key Responsibilities - Proactively research and identify potential new clients, and implement effective sales strategies to secure new businesses - Develop and implement business strategies to grow the company’s clientele - Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients - Monitor and anaylse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business development initiatives - Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s overall sales and growth plans - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients and candidates - Work closely with Regional Teams in ensuring the achievement of sales objectives set by the management. What we’re looking for - Substantial experience in new business development, ideally within the blue-collar recruitment or construction industry - Extensive experience and understanding in managing at least 200 blue collar workers and construction project timelines - Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long lasting relationship with clients and team members - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels - Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin - Strong Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities - Willing to travel around the region, including but not limited to East Malaysia, West Malaysia, Singapore and China - Candidates with international experience will have an added advantage - Tertiary qualifications in Building Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical), Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred
