Assemble & test Valve and controls to install the new valve it must follow the step of procedure installation above. three area of filling plan need to understand before operate the valve In the filling plan which is; (unloading area of liquid LPG compressor area/ storage bullet tank area/ filling plan area.) to control the opening or close of valve need to know the whole of process of filling plan system piping, if no knowledge not suitable to operate the all of valve in filling plan. the valve is difficult to maintain or repair because its come with installed and locate with piping connection, if broken check and replace with new items. But at the certain point area of piping have the special valve to control the process of liquid flow, (check valve, return valve, pressure relief valve and etc) The all valve installed at the filling plan mostly use the ball valve and gate valve. 4. Comply with safety standards at all times Safety standard in premise obey the rule of standard safety and procedure that produce by company. Must to read and comply the safety procedure with the guideline and regulation provided in the CIMAH report. Follow and obey the guideline or standard safety produced by the JKKP with time to time of schedule inspection. The filling LPG terminals such as MYGAZ have the safety guideline is must to obey, refer the terminals. 5. Install bearings, sprockets, transmission gears and hydraulic valves etc To operate the conveyor area it must to know about the flow of process conveyor line working. must to know the gearbox, conveyor chain, sprocket and conveyor track. when need to change anything at conveyor area need to do first close all electrical connection due to avoid accident to human and machine accident. to replace bearing or sprocket please refer the step of procedure above. the gearbox fluid must to routine check by follow the preventive checklist( six moth checklist). the pneumatic system at the filling machine need the check the condition exp current supply, seal kits or etc. 6. Perform other duties as required by the supervisor Check machine condition. Machine set up to run operation. Do the process unloading the liquid. Repair and prevent machine broken. Search the spare parts supplier when happen breakdown. JKKP handling by using MYKKP account. Outsite job (outstation project) Any new job will be inform from supervisor at time to time via boss proposed. 7. Temperature control all equipment & machine for gas filing plant
