Security Guards

1. Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment 2. Ensure all visitors are thoroughly screened before being allowed to enter the premises 3. Patrol randomly or regularly the perimeter of the premises to detect and prevent any unauthorized entry or intrusion 4. Control the traffic flow around the perimeter of the premises 5. Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances 6. Report in detail to supervisor or manager any suspicious incidents 7. Monitor and control access at premises all trucks entrances, record all assets in the premises 8. To provide necessary assistance to staffs, guest, contractors or visitors 9. Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations 10. Prevent emergencies wherever possible by regularly assessing the current condition of the premises and its hazards. 11. Report any defects must immediately report to the supervisor or manager, if found during duty hours and off duty hours. 12 Identify designated person in charge and company registered vehicles and to avoid strangers from entering the premises. 13. Monitor contractor's movement that are allowed to perform duty with the presence/ assistance of supervisors and manager on duty. 14. Responsible to take accurate notes of unusual occurrences. 15. Responsible to apprehend criminals and evict violators. 16. To control vehicles parking, guide/control traffic movement facilitating guidance to smooth traffic flows. 17. Assist your supervisor and manager as and when needed in executing security roles 18. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by supervisor 19.
