Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Payroll & Benefits:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Administer employee leave records and ensure timely updates.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring timely enrollment and changes as required.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
- Manage and safeguard confidential employee information.
Employee Relations:
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in the development of retention strategies to ensure long-term employee satisfaction.
General Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support in HR-related functions, such as managing records and preparing reports.
- Assist in performance management, employee training, and development programs.
- Support in the execution of company policies and other administrative tasks as required.
Experience
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and compliance.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Language required: English & Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee information.
