Recruitment:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Administer employee leave records and ensure timely updates.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring timely enrollment and changes as required.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
  • Manage and safeguard confidential employee information.

Employee Relations:

  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development of retention strategies to ensure long-term employee satisfaction.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support in HR-related functions, such as managing records and preparing reports.
  • Assist in performance management, employee training, and development programs.
  • Support in the execution of company policies and other administrative tasks as required.

Experience

  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and compliance.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Language required: English & Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee information.
