CLINIC ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTIONS: 1) Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information and update patient records in system 2) Assisting during doctor's consultation and procedure. Check-out patients, assist with referral processing 3) Handle billing process 4) Prepare equipment and examination rooms, clean instruments and do housekeeping 5) Assist in stock management and administer medications 6) Dispensing medication as prescribed by the doctor 7) Administrative tasks REQUIREMENTS: Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. Being able to speak Mandarin is a must, as you need to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers. Working experience in the related field is an extra advantage.
