  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

-Daily operations management plan and supervise projects at site from beginning to completion.

-Team coordination in charge of supervising monitoring overall ceiling and drywall installation works at the project site.

-Monitoring quality control with problem resolution capability to handle deadlines challenges and good reporting to superior.

-Able to produce projects progress reporting, site inspection, planning scheduling work sequences, presentation on work progress report and to attend meetings related to all company’s projects.

-Budget management work closely with other clients, suppliers and workers towards accomplishing targeting deadlines and milestone.

To check day to day activities of the supervisor assigned to.

Must be able to report at any time the work progress, schedule, purchase of materials, stock etc.

Ready to assist the supervisor to overcome all problems that may arise from each project

Must be able to train and guide the supervisor on technical, correspondences, meetings etc.

Continue with the job function of the project supervisor.

Assist Sales Personnel.

-Ensure timely submission of claim both to the client and Sub-contractor.

-Ensure proper and timely completion of project.

-Proper procurement of material / negotiation rate.

-Signing General Correspondance (i.e. enquiries, clarification, etc.)

-Minimum SPM or Diploma/Degree or its equivalent

-Exposure in construction works is a prerequisite.

-Excellent in Microsoft Office software e.g. Excel, Words.

-At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position .

-Mature and highly driven with the ability to manage a project including project cost control, quality assurance, etc.

-Capable of supervising multiple projects in a fast paced environment and meet tight schedules.

-A matured individual, with high initiative and independence, & with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills .

-Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

-Immediately available is highly preferred.
