Responsibilities:
Manage the established Design Model of all variants, including model management and quality control.
Host weekly BIM management meetings to coordinate and align efforts with the project team.
Collaborate with Architect-Engineer (AE) teams to address model issues and ensure quality control for the Design Model.
Ensure organized documentation and record-keeping.
Administer BIM360 projects, including user management, access rights, and project setup/archiving.
Implement future BIM360 features and integrate with other applications such as 360 Docs and Field.
Provide end-user training to internal and external users of BIM tools and processes.
Manage user onboarding and provide ongoing user support through ticketing systems, office hours, and project admin outreach.
Troubleshoot BIM-related issues, both internally and with Autodesk support.
Participate in business reviews with Autodesk and other vendors to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Track and analyze BIM360 metrics, usage, and activities to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure project compliance with BIM standards and perform checks at various milestones.
Develop and refine BIM360 standards to improve workflow efficiency and consistency.
Provide general support and guidance on BIM workflow and processes to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project-specific BIM execution activities, including validation of BIM disseminations and reviewing/approving BIM Execution Plans.
Track model changes and product interfaces compared to canonical product models, escalating issues when necessary.
Review clash detection findings, attend design clash coordination meetings, and report clash status to the project team.
Conduct QC reviews at design milestones and communicate review comments during page-turn meetings.
Act as the Client's BIM POC and Stakeholder, attending various meetings related to project kick-off, design coordination, and issue resolutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate new processes and documentation at the program level.
Test and evaluate current and new BIM initiatives, participating in business reviews with vendors.
Act as a project manager for the development and implementation of clash dashboards and standardized clash detection processes.
Support AE teams in executing asset tagging in Revit models and sheets, following established standards and documentation.
Deliver various project deliverables, including QC reports, model postings, BIM360 project tracker, monthly status reports, BIM activity reports, BIM execution plan review reports, QA/QC check reports, compliance reports, and documentation for meetings and correspondences.
Provide data input for business intelligence reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain documentation for clash dashboard standardization, clash dashboard rollout, clash detection standards, and Assemble standards and processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in BIM management and coordination within the construction industry.
Familiar and experienced using Google Workspace
Proficiency in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Knowledge of clash detection and coordination processes.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Problem-solving skills to address technical issues and troubleshoot BIM-related problems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and evaluating BIM models and documentation.
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas for improvement and driving process enhancements.
