Requirements: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in maintaining high-speed, automated timber processing equipment. - Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems used in woodworking and veneer production. - Familiarity with SCADA, PLC programming, and advanced diagnostic tools for machinery optimization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in industrial equipment reliability and performance improvement. - Knowledge of international safety standards and maintenance best practices. - Experience working with multinational teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
