  • Handle all media inquiries and manage the restaurant’s public image.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, such as food tastings, chef showcases, and community events.
  • Partner with local businesses and organizations to co-host events and promotions.
  • Monitor event success and gather feedback to improve future events.
  • Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
  • Respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms (e.g., Yelp, TripAdvisor).
  • Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
  • To undertake ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as per instructed by directors
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
  • Identify target markets and tailor marketing strategies to reach them effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and execute annual marketing plan to achieve annual sales target
  • Achieve at least Degree certificate in Marketing, Business or related field
  • At least 2 years experiences in Marketing or related field
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc. would be a bonus
  • Strong Communication Skills in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese / Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
  • Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc.
