- Collaborate with photographers and graphic designers to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the restaurant’s brand identity and messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers.
- Coordinate press releases and media events to generate positive publicity.
- Handle all media inquiries and manage the restaurant’s public image.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as food tastings, chef showcases, and community events.
- Partner with local businesses and organizations to co-host events and promotions.
- Monitor event success and gather feedback to improve future events.
- Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- Respond to customer reviews and feedback on various platforms (e.g., Yelp, TripAdvisor).
- Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- To undertake ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as per instructed by directors
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
- Identify target markets and tailor marketing strategies to reach them effectively.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute annual marketing plan to achieve annual sales target
- Achieve at least Degree certificate in Marketing, Business or related field
- At least 2 years experiences in Marketing or related field
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Skills in Email Marketing/ Google Analytics/ SEO/ SEM/ Growth Hacking/ Mixpanel/ Flurry/ Split testing etc. would be a bonus
- Strong Communication Skills in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese / Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
- Avid social media geek: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Wechat, Line etc.
- Creative, can-do attitude and energetic
