Responsibilities • Maintaining full sets of accounts (e.g. AR/AP/GL/Bank Recon/Fixed Asset registration) • Handling intercompany/related party transactions • Handling closing of Monthly/ Quarterly Financial or Management Account. • Overseeing day-to-day operation in the Finance & Administration Department. • Prompt submission of monthly, periodical & ad hoc reports. • Handling statutory audits, ensure compliance & clearance. • Responsible in overall accounting administration including daily accounting data entries. • Handling SST transactions and report. • Preparing payment vouchers and cheques. • Assist in any ad-hoc assignments. Requirements • Preferable Diploma or Degree major in Accountant/Finance/Business Administration. • Basic accounting knowledge would be preferred. • Local tax knowledge would be preferred. • Basic Microsoft office knowledge like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
