A) Job Description 1- Responsible for quantity and budget estimation from tender stage, and inception through to completion; monitoring progress by collecting photo evidences to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. 2- Provide support in contractual matters during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages. Involve in site measurement, quantity take-off and source for quotation. 3- Provide cost and financial advice to project team when necessary. Involve in sub-contractor tender process, evaluate sub-contractors bid and analyse costing before recommendation to award jobs to sub-contractors 3- Prepare work done certificate to sub-contractors in accordance to work and ensure work done certificate is tally with done at site. 4- Manage final payment valuation, defect matters, extension of time and submission of loss and expense claim. 5- Attend site visit and site meeting as and when required by management. 6- Help and assist to do admin, operation, and documentation works in the office. 7- Assist in managing and controlling all related law and regulation of company compliances to ISO, CIDB Quality Management Program, Safety and Health Plan and anything related to improve company’s quality. B) Job Requirements 1- Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar. 2- At least 1 years working experience in Pre & Post contract administration and Quantity Surveying 3- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. 4- Computer Skills required : Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, Autocad 5- Ability to work under tight timeline and multi-tasking 6- Sound knowledge of construction. 7- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. 8- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize. 9- Great networking abilities. 10- A valid driver’s license.
