Ensure company policies are updated regularly and compliant with legal requirements. Manage employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality. HR Administration: Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, creating reports, and preparing HR documentation. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation related to HR activities. Coordinate employee events, wellness programs, and other HR-related initiatives.
