  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including vendors, business leaders from various entities, and internal operational teams across the group of companies. The position is responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure, including ETL pipelines, data integration, ensuring that data is available, accurate, and accessible. It is essential to ensure optimization of data flow and support the operation of the data warehouse and related solutions. Job Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines for ETL of data from various sources. • Develop and manage data models and data warehouse to support intelligence analytics and dashboard reporting. • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring smooth and minimal downtime. • Undertake operation support, platform maintenance, and implement data governance & security policy. • Document data engineering processes, workflow, and system for internal knowledge sharing and training. • Collaborate with business users to improve data literacy. Qualification & Experience: • Academic: Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, or related IT field. • Professional: Not applicable. • Experience: • 2 - 3 years of working experience, hands-on in data engineering, building and maintaining data pipelines, and working with large-scale datasets. • Proven knowledge of data modeling, data normalization, and schema design for efficient data storage and retrieval. • Demonstrate the capabilities to translate business requirements to technical deliverables. Technical Competencies Required: > Fundamental Competency: • Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft DevOps, and Data Warehouse concepts (star schema) and tools. • Fundamental understanding of information security and data protection practices. • Experience in (re)insurance/takaful products and services is an added advantage. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases. • Strong in SSIS, SSAS, and fundamental knowledge in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, C#). • Strong data visualization skills with tools like Power BI or Tableau. • Added advantage for candidates with Microsoft Azure Technologies or Microsoft SQL administration. • Soft Skills: • Minimum supervision and self-motivation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
