Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
- To handle, prepare and assist subsale SPA, Loan, Perfection, Discharge and all other conveyancing related matters
- To liaise with clients, bankers and lawyers
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Able to manage time well and meet deadline
- Able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attend to client correspondences and prepare status report
- Able to assist in administrative work
Job Requirements
- At least two (2) years of working experience in handling conveyancing related matters from initial stage until completion
- Able to handle and/or manage various general conveyancing matters
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude
- Having experience in handling auction case will be an added advantage
- Able to commence work as soon as possible or with short notice will be an added advantage
