Get to know the role: We are looking for a Cyber Security Senior Analyst to work with Grab’s Cyber Security team to address the most critical cyber risk. We believe a successful candidate is self-driven and organised, proficient with cyber security tools and concepts (e.g. Crowdstrike & MITRE attack framework) and have strong interpersonal skills. However, if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we would like to further improve the cyber security posture of Jaya Grocer. In return, you will get an opportunity to learn about cutting edge cyber security tools/concepts from Grab and make a cyber-security impact on Jaya Grocer users across Malaysia. Key Responsibilities: You drive the identification and remediation of cyber security gaps and areas of improvements by liaising with Grab’s Cyber Security and Jaya Grocer teams. You partner Grab’s Cyber Defence to respond to potential cyber security incident affecting Jaya Grocer. You will enforce cyber security controls by partnering Grab Cyber Security team (e.g. CrowdStrike EDR security, Cisco Umbrella/ZScaler Internet Security, Vulnerability and Patch Management/Hardening programs). You will improve cyber security awareness within Jaya Grocer employees by running phishing simulations and providing tailored cyber security training, alongside Grab’s Cyber Assurance team. You prepare reports and provide insights on Cyber Security risks, incidents, compliance and security posture for Jaya Grocer senior leadership. You make an impact by creating a cyber safer environment for Jaya Grocer and foster trust and confidence among the employees and users of Jaya Grocer. You should have: You are an experienced cyber security professional, preferably with at least 5-8 years of experience with a technology or grocery company. You have a degree in computing, preferably with a specialization in cyber security. You are organised, insightful and can communicate your observations well, both written and verbally to your stakeholders to share updates and coordinate issue remediation. You are self-driven to drive execution and excellence and possess the willingness to overcome challenges by not shying away from the hard stuff. You have strong working knowledge of cyber security concepts (e.g. NIST CSF, MITRE attack framework) and tools (e.g. Crowdstrike, Cisco Umbrella/ZScaler, AWS Security). You have experience with project/program management and/or senior stakeholder management. You possess cyber security related certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH). You are experienced in AWS Security. You have strong influencing skills.
