Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven IT Technology Manager to lead the identification of new business opportunities, including the exploration of new technologies that align with our company's product offerings. This role requires a blend of business development expertise, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies, particularly AI, to propose solutions that drive business growth and enhance system functionalities. The ideal candidate will be able to assess client needs and propose solutions that leverage our existing products and technologies, with an eye towards improving client operations through AI and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Business Development & Client Acquisition: o Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients. o Understand client business needs and develop tailored proposals for solutions, leveraging the company's product portfolio. o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and industries that align with the company's offerings. o Engage in discussions with potential clients to understand their pain points, business objectives, and challenges. o Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships. • Technology Solution Proposals: o Analyze client requirements and propose the most appropriate products and services from the company’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with their business goals. o Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and scalable for clients. o Develop comprehensive presentations and product demonstrations to communicate the value of solutions to prospective clients. • Identify Opportunities for AI Integration: o Stay up to date with AI trends and advancements and assess how AI can be integrated into client systems to enhance functionality and improve efficiency. o Identify opportunities where AI could add value to the company’s existing products and solutions. o Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to conceptualize AI-driven enhancements to existing products or solutions. o Propose AI-powered solutions to clients that could improve their business processes, optimize operations, or drive innovation. • Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on how new technologies or AI solutions could benefit their business. o Coordinate with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions. • Collaboration with Internal Teams: o Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure that the company’s offerings are positioned and communicated effectively to potential clients. o Provide feedback from clients to product teams to help improve or enhance products based on real-world needs. o Contribute to the development of marketing materials, proposals, and other sales collateral. • Reporting and Metrics: o Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, client feedback, and key performance indicators (KPIs). o Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the company. Qualifications: • Education & Experience: o Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). o Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally in a technology-driven environment. o Experience with AI technologies and their applications in business solutions is preferred. o Proven track record in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. • Skills & Competencies: o Strong understanding of emerging technologies, particularly AI, and their impact on business operations and systems. o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. o Ability to analyze client needs and propose innovative solutions from the company’s product offerings. o Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results. o Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. o Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) to analyze market trends, client needs, and product performance. o Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and business development software. o Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their role in streamlining business processes. Ability to understand how ERP systems can be enhanced with AI or other technological solutions. o Experience in creating and delivering technology presentations and product demonstrations. o Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) to ensure proposed solutions are secure and compliant. o Knowledge of how to address security concerns in the context of new technology solutions. o Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development, ensuring that technology solutions align with development processes. o Ability to collaborate with product management teams to understand product roadmaps and client needs. o Understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and how they are used to integrate different technologies, systems, and platforms. o Familiarity with digital transformation strategies and the role of technology in driving business innovation.
