Human Resource Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry to lead talent acquisition efforts, identify staff training and development needs and ensure compliance with labour laws while overseeing the general upkeep and maintenance of the office. Location Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan Remuneration Up to RM 10,000 based on work experience Responsibilities • HR Operations Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, payroll, training & development, HR reporting and serve as the HR system owner for Malaysia office • Strategic HR Leadership Drive corporate and regional HR strategies by coordinating the rollout of HR policies, standards and processes to ensure full local implementation • Talent Management Lead initiatives in personnel development, career planning, succession planning and support manpower planning and budgeting • Employee Relations & Compliance Manage employee grievances, resolve conflicts, administer disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations • Office Administration Oversee administrative functions and coordinate IT-related activities for the Klang office Requirements • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-spectrum HR from the supply chain and logistics industry • Familiarity with Success Factors and proficiency in English and Mandarin • Highly adaptable with strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
