管道工程师岗位职责 1. 施工计划与协调 根据设计图纸和技术规范，编制 管道施工进度计划，协调土建、机电等专业团队确保工序衔接。 管理施工材料进场（管材、阀门、支架等），审核材料规格、质保书，确保符合设计要求及 ASME、GB 等标准。 2. 现场施工监督与质量管理 监督建筑给排水及厂房工艺管道（蒸汽、纯水、循环水等）的 现场安装，包括： 管道焊接、法兰连接、支吊架安装的工艺合规性； 洁净厂房管道卫生级施工（如自动焊、EP 级抛光处理）； 蒸汽管道保温层施工及热力补偿装置安装； 纯水系统管道内壁钝化、循环水系统防腐处理。 执行 质量检查（如焊缝探伤报告、压力测试记录），整改不符合项，确保通过业主或第三方验收。 3. 技术问题解决 解决施工中的 现场冲突（如管道与结构碰撞、标高偏差），提出可行性调整方案并记录变更。 协调设计团队澄清图纸疑问，处理施工误差导致的工艺参数偏离（如流量、压力不足）。 4. 安全与合规管理 监督承包商遵守 马来西亚职业安全健康条例（OSHA 1994） 及现场安全规范（如高空作业、密闭空间施工）。 确保施工符合环保要求（如废水排放、施工噪音控制）。 5. 调试验收与文档移交 组织系统 压力测试、冲洗、消毒（如纯水系统），参与联动调试并签署验收文件。 整理竣工资料（包括施工记录、检测报告、操作手册），移交业主及运维团队。 Job Responsibilities of Pipeline Engineer 1. On site construction supervision and quality management Supervise the on-site installation of building water supply and drainage and plant process pipelines (steam, pure water, circulating water, etc.), including: Process compliance for pipeline welding, flange connection, and installation of supports and hangers; Cleanroom pipeline hygiene construction (such as automatic welding, EP grade polishing treatment); Construction of steam pipeline insulation layer and installation of thermal compensation device; Passivation of the inner wall of the pure water system pipeline and anti-corrosion treatment of the circulating water system. Perform quality inspections (such as weld inspection reports and pressure test records), rectify non conformities, and ensure acceptance by the owner or third party. 3. Technical problem solving Resolve on-site conflicts during construction (such as collisions between pipelines and structures, elevation deviations), propose feasible adjustment plans, and record changes. Coordinate with the design team to clarify drawing issues and handle process parameter deviations caused by construction errors (such as insufficient flow and pressure). 4. Safety and Compliance Management Supervise contractors to comply with Malaysia's Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (OSHA 1994) and on-site safety regulations (such as high-altitude operations and confined space construction). Ensure that the construction meets environmental requirements (such as wastewater discharge and construction noise control). 5. Debugging acceptance and document handover Organize system pressure testing, flushing, disinfection (such as pure water system), participate in linkage debugging and sign acceptance documents.
