  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys crafting engaging content, shooting fun and dynamic videos, and building brand awareness through digital platforms.

As a Social Media Content Creator Intern, you will:

  • Assist in creating engaging and creative content for Otter Barista’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Plan and execute video content, including interview-style videos featuring customers and team members.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and highlight our brand journey.
  • Brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with our brand identity—fun, playful, and creative.
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for various platforms.
  • Monitor trends and suggest creative ways to integrate them into our content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and interact with our online community.
  • Assist in scheduling posts and analyzing content performance.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Knowledgeable about Social Media platforms and tools and possess a clear understanding on how Social Media value adds to a business/brand
  • Have the entrepreneurial in your approach and savvy value-added thinker
  • Passionate about social media, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with social media trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to write engaging captions.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bonus: Photography and graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
