Job description
The primary job duties and responsibilities:
- Handle receivables & payable accounts by verify and record transaction
- Handle stock & supply relevant matters
- Handle sales & system contract data relevant matters
- Sort & distributes incoming mail
- Disburse petty cash/claims by verifying documents and recording entry
- Check & classification of claim, invoice & data entries
- Compiling and verifying monthly claims
- Reconciles processed work for salaries and bank accounts by verifying the entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Establish and implement required SOPs of the Company
- Ensure accounts submitted compliance with local accounting standards and statutory regulations
- Apply required MFRS standards
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, government authorities, and bankers
- Ensure all financial transactions are properly coded and recorded
- Assist handle the financial and accounting matters of the Companies
- Maintain filing system and manage mailing documents thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Company policies and accepted accounting practices
- Handle special/ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time
- Perform any others and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Qualifications include:
- At least Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience both commercial and external audit fields would be an advantage. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Understand P&L activities and drivers of revenue and profitability
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paces environment
- Proactive and self-driven with little supervision
- Candidate who able to start immediately is preferred
- Teamwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
