Main responsibilities
- Execute strategies to ensure sales targets are met on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Support internal and external clients through consistent and error-free pre- and post-sales efforts
- Daily tasks include calling/emailing clients to tell them more about our products, drafting proposals for clients, and following-up on clients for bookings and materials
- Meet with and make presentations to clients (physically or virtually) when necessary
- Maintain consistent contact and engage with clients regularly to establish rapport and to ensure bookings come in by deadlines and materials are received on time.
- Manage bookings into events and advertisement bookings to ensure all requirements are fulfilled and all documentation is done accurately
- Check and proofread event or advertising materials where clients appear to ensure published materials (physical or online) are accurate and meet requirements & expectations
- Assist in the planning, execution and administration of events
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities.
