Main Purpose of Job
- Undertaking improvement initiatives and general change management activities within the Credit Policy and Method Department, including assessment and collection systems, policies, manuals, procedures, customer service, and crisis management in alignment with the company's missions, visions, and goals.
- Conducting project meetings, discussions, system testing (User Acceptance Test), and implementations with all related departments/personnel
Principle responsibilities & duties
- Closely monitor portfolio performance to manage credit quality and pre-empt potential broadening of credit deterioration.
- Involve in business planning and policies implementations that require developing improvement plans by specifying direction, strategy, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans allotment of resources and investment costing.
- Ensure timely policy /data insights sharing with credit assessment team in ensuring clear understanding for effective and timely implementation.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary data and understanding of the processes as well as business strategies to support the overall solutions to be provided to management
- Ensure staffs observe Information Security Policy.
- Ensure staffs observe good customer service and quality at work.
- Degree in either Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Technology or any related disciplines.
- Relevant work experience in the field of credit policy revision. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in consumer/commercial credit evaluations.
- Developing quality proposals and Functional Specification Document write-ups for system enhancement/improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to study, review credit portfolio and translate this to solutions to management.
- Designing and implementing efficient, effective, and reliable improvement solutions.
- Possess effective communication and written skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving organization
