The Sales Admin is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, processing orders, maintaining databases, and generating reports. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Administration & Coordination
  • Process daily sales orders and trade returns, ensuring accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure all sales data is accurate and up to date in the system.
  • Work closely with Accounts, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the sales department in day-to-day activities and special projects.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Compile sales data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor and track merchandiser KPIs to evaluate performance.
  1. Cross-Department Coordination
  • Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate billing.
  • Address customer inquiries related to orders, returns, and billing issues.
