Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management

Staff Claims & Benefits Administration

- Maintain claim records and generate reports for finance reconciliation.
Employee Relations (ER)
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
- Support HR in organizing engagement programs to enhance employee morale.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support HR policies, compliance audits, and document control.
- Assist in HR reporting and analysis.
