DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES • Interacting with dealers, shipyards and customers to provide relevant service information required • Receiving and handling service call or email from customers on service/ survey related matter • Handling customers complaint on service and provide necessary advice/ trouble-shooting/ action with solution • Liaise with service manager and service engineer for dispatching/ assigning service call/ task/ job for attend customers service, repair, installation & technical trouble-shooting • Inform Superior of additional service requirements from customers. • Responsible for service, survey and spare parts quotation, ordering, spare inventory management/ monitoring and delivery arrangement to customer on time. • Update records of incoming and outgoing spare parts stock/ inventory. • Compile, prepare and analyse monthly service report from service engineer and report to Service Manager • Ensure proper filing for all service related document, report and billing • Responsible to update all related information into SMS • Perform periodically checking and recording on tooling, PPE and test equipment • Identify and record quality issues related to products and services. • Work closely with Japan, Singapore, FND, service team, dealers & customer for service & survey coordination • Coordinate and liaise with Singapore counterpart in Service & Operation Department, Warehouse & Logistics Department to ensure that goods, spare parts and accessories are arranged and delivered on time. • To perform other ad-hoc task as and when required by the Service Manager and Management KNOWLEDGE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS • Able read & comprehend basic technical documents, and work relate documentations in English & Bahasa Malaysia • Possess good analytical thinking and trouble-shooting skill. • Ability to maintain records timely and accurately • Knowledge in computers and marine electronics, communication system will be an advantage • Possess positive working attitude, proactive, responsible, resourceful and able to work independently • Good time management and is deadline driven • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to operates MS Office EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS • Minimum SPM/ STPM qualification or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent • At least 2 -3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position • Required languages; English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin in written and spoken • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
