Job Description: · Assist in monitor to all external and internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers. e.g. passport & permit expiry, work permit renewal, Fomema, etc. · To handle the application, renewing and filing related foreign authority licenses. · Oversee foreign workers' hostels and conduct spot checks. · Handle SOCSO claims and ensure compliance with labour laws. · Monitor & Maintain employee records daily attendance & closing for payroll (for attendant & OT) and welfare (record medical claims). · Prepare and send office memos and notices. · Address employee queries and feedback promptly. · Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties · Filing & Documentation all administrative & HR Document including Visitor Pass & Gate Pass · Experience in dealing with labour office will be an added advantage. · Manage office administration, facilities, and timely payments. · Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive. · Answer visitors’ questions, calls, and emails, and provide them with the relevant information. · Basic paperwork – Invoicing, Quotation, Purchase Order etc. · Any other task assigned by the superior.
