  • Leverage foreign market connections to explore international business expansion opportunities.
  • Negotiate and secure high-value business deals, ensuring long-term profitability and market share growth.
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience, with a minimum of 10 years in sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, market expansion, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in Food Supplements, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin, English, and Bahasa) is an advantage
