1. Experience & Technical Skills

  • Prior experience as a Barista in a cafe or specialty coffee environment is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of espresso-based drinks, brewing methods, and coffee bean profiles.
  • Ability to operate and maintain professional coffee equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) systems is an advantage.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers professionally.
