Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly. Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this position. Candidate must able to work in pressure and able to adapt through different kind of customer's request in documentation. Candidate will need to follow up email and maybe call towards our oversea team for task alignment.
