- Assist in handling recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment letters and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff to ensure a safe, secure and legal work environment.
- Ensuring that commission report preparation and payment made appropriately.
- Assist in training arrangement with related department/parties by planning and evaluating department activities.
- Assist HR manager with day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources and in handling disciplinary issues, grievances, domestic inquiry and dispute mediation in compliance of company policies and government regulations when necessary.
- Actively involved in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Adheres to and follow company policies and procedures.
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate in Human Resource or related field.
- Having experience with HR procedures is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
- Experience with office management software like Microsoft 365 Business
- Knowing in operate Employment Hero HRMS will be added value.
- Must have knowledge in EA 1955 and IR 1967.
- Excellent Communication Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong Multi-tasking Skills, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
