Roles and Responsibilities in Technical Support Department:- Responsible for preparing detailed technical drawing including AutoCAD for all fabrication processes, including Single-line drawing, Engineering layout and engineering drawings.
- Responsible for the preparation of document required for the projects including engineering drawings, component specifications, bills of material, and other document required for the fabrication process.
- Responsible to identify material and components used for each design, including cost estimation and quotation.
- Responsible to review purchase order to comply with customer requirements and engineering principles.
- Prepare and support technical documents for proposal and presentation to customer.
- Able to learn and carry out components demonstration during technical discussion.
- To involve in telco and building site survey, site visit, prepare site report and proposal together with site engineer as and when required.
- Coordinate with sales engineers to complete designs approved by customers; to be involved in site visits and proposal presentation.
- Documentation support – to be able to use AutoCount System to generate sales order, invoicing, statement and documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities in Technical Components Inventory Management:- Daily components stock-out for delivery to our factory / customers.
- Carry out all electrical components, checking and repair work.
- Conduct quality testing on each component before delivery.
- Checking stock arrival document and information are correct for AutoCount inventory system.
- Involve in stock-out process and monthly stock check.
- Help and monitor loading & unloading stock, wrapping of finished product before delivery.
- To assist in ISO documentation and execution.
- To carry out any other related ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when require.
