  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers in the local real estate market;
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, presenting the features and benefits of each listing to prospective clients;
  • Negotiate sale and purchase agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome;
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including other real estate agents, developers, and potential referral sources;
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties effectively;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations, and industry best practices;
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry partners;
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for clients;
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Thorough knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and regulations;
  • A valid real estate agent's license and a clean driving record;
  • Able to communicate in Malay, English, Mandarin, Cantonese (preferable)
