
Admin Specialist
Document Production & Processing:
Ensure the timely and accurate production and processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation, to meet organizational standards.
Knowledge of Insurance and Legislation:
Maintain a solid understanding of core insurance concepts, relevant legislation, and customer service principles to enhance customer satisfaction and awareness.
Relationship Building:
Foster and strengthen relationships with both internal teams and external clients to support effective collaboration and long-term partnerships.
Adherence to Policies & Standards:
Consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with industry regulations.
Achievement of Service Targets:
Contribute to the achievement of the Operations team's Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and broader business objectives, ensuring continuous improvement in team performance.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any field.
- High Proficiency in using MS Office Application.
- Good communication in English and Mandarin/Cantonese and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of similar working exposure in insurance industry.
- Possess drive to meet assigned KPI.
- Detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
