  • Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
  • Address and resolving key client complaints.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
  • Support the key account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the other departments to ensure that key account’ needs are met.
  • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and reports for account teams and management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Follow up on orders, fulfil them, and return them to key account. Communicate with them to adhere to established deadlines.
  • Min. 1 year of working experience.
  • At least certificate or diploma equivalent.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Organised and have a good sense of time management.
  • Easy-going, relaxed, and flexible.
  • Able to multitask, be proactive, and be meticulous.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • EPF / SOCSO.
