System Management:
- Track attendance and maintain and update employee personnel records.

- Handle daily administrative and logistical work, implement company administrative policies.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
- Over 3 years of comprehensive management experience, familiar with labor and social insurance-related professional knowledge.
- Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to the fast pace of the construction industry, strong stress tolerance, rigorous thinking, and data sensitivity.
- Good communication skills, strong execution ability, and team spirit.
