Human Resource Management:

  • Responsible for recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management, and other related tasks.

Compensation Management:

  • Track attendance, calculate salaries and social insurance, and stay informed about relevant laws and regulations.

System Management:

  • Track attendance and maintain and update employee personnel records.

Administrative Management:

  • Handle daily administrative and logistical work, implement company administrative policies.

Other Tasks:

  • Complete tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
  • Over 3 years of comprehensive management experience, familiar with labor and social insurance-related professional knowledge.
  • Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to the fast pace of the construction industry, strong stress tolerance, rigorous thinking, and data sensitivity.
  • Good communication skills, strong execution ability, and team spirit.
