- Keep an organized inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and supplies.

- Ensure all maintenance documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in facility management or maintenance is a plus).
- Previous experience in an administrative or maintenance coordination role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with external vendors and contractors.
