  • Efficiently and accurately handle daily routine tasks, including managing phone reservations from various outlets, coordinating reservation schedules, and related activities.
  • Provide clear and helpful information to customers regarding available services, pricing, and any other inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and outlets, ensuring smooth communication and effectively resolving any issues that arise.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate customer database, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to reservation systems, customer service enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior or Management as required.
  • Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) to assist Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Organized and efficient in daily tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
