  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ISO 9001 Documentation & Preparation:

  • Review, update, and organize ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Identify gaps in documentation and address non-conformities from previous audits.
  • Ensure document control procedures comply with ISO requirements.

2. Internal Audits & Compliance Checks:

  • Conduct internal audits and compliance checks across all departments.
  • Work closely with department heads to ensure they are prepared for the external audit.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

3. Training & Awareness:

  • Conduct brief training or refresher sessions for employees on ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Ensure all relevant staff understand their roles in maintaining compliance.

4. Audit Readiness & Coordination:

  • Develop an ISO 9001 audit readiness plan with clear milestones.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, assisting in scheduling and responding to queries.
  • Prepare necessary reports and summaries for Management.

5. Continuous Improvement & Reporting:

  • Identify areas for process improvement to strengthen compliance.
  • Report regularly to Management on progress and any issues requiring attention.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • A degree holder in Quality Management, Business, Engineering or any relevant discipline.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (by IRCA, Exemplar Global, or equivalent), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Compliance Professional (CCP)
  • Proven experience in ISO 9001 audit preparation and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, internal auditing, and document control.
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Experience in manufacturing, IT, or service industries (preferred).
