- Monitoring food products throughout production and storage.
- Collecting samples of raw materials and finished products for laboratory analysis.
- Observing production lines to ensure adherence to established procedures, GMP and HACCP.
- Checking calibration of production equipment related to quality control.
- Records and monitoring all the documentation data.
- Participating in internal audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Adhering to proper sanitation protocols and personal hygiene practices.
- Assisting to conduct audit yearly.
- Assisting in the application export listing documentation for exporting.
- Educational background: Candidates with a Degree in Food Science & Technology or related field.
- Relevant experience: 2-3 years of experience in quality control within a food manufacturing environment is preferred. Exposure in ISO and halal will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude: Self-motivated and disciplined individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Independent worker: Ability to work autonomously and perform well under pressure.
- Language skills: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin being an added advantage.
