
Digital Business Development Specialist
• Lead Generation: Execute SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to attract prospects.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships for retention and referrals.
• Sales & Revenue: Convert leads into customers, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Market Research: Analyze trends and competition to identify opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Communicate value propositions effectively to clients.
• Reporting: Track KPIs, maintain CRM records, and optimize strategies.
• SPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferred 1 year experienced in digital marketing, business development, sales, or a similar role
• Fresh grades are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, AI tools, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite , social media platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for staying current with digital trends.
• This role may involve occasional travel for networking events, conferences, or client visits.
