- Maintain up-to-date billing system
- Prepare and send out invoices and statements
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
- Post & courier documents
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
- Preferrable minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting or related field.
- Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
- Strong Communication Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Account Receivable and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Attention to detail and strong Time-management Skills.
