  • Maintain up-to-date billing system
  • Prepare and send out invoices and statements
  • Follow up on, collect and allocate payments
  • Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies
  • Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
  • Preferrable minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting or related field.
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome to apply.
  • Strong Communication Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Account Receivable and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Attention to detail and strong Time-management Skills.
