  • Purchase stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Collect and keep track of all utility bills.
  • Liaise with technicians regarding office maintenance matters.
  • Assist HR with managing the cash flow record.
  • Assist HR with urgent tasks.
  • Assist HR in organizing and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist HR with writing and distributing emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist HR with updating and maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • Prepare claims.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Process new license applications.
  • Key in all transaction record data into the ILS system.
  • Ensure all data entered is correctly completed.
  • Maintain data census in an accurate manner.
  • Check/upload documents and pictures in the system.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Status: Contract

  • Fresh Diploma, STPM, or SPM holders are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • A strong team player, independent, result-oriented, and committed to any task assigned by management.
  • Must be willing to work beyond office hours to meet deadlines as required by management.
  • Medical Claim up to RM600/yearly
  • Annual Leave 14/yearly
  • Statutory Deduction (EPF, Socso & EIS)
