Role Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

The objective of this role is to support the designated responsibility area through all phases of process development. This role will report to the respective Global Process Owner. The successful candidate will actively participate in development and review of the TO BE businesses processes, discuss potential design gaps with the Global Process Owner to determine additional requirements outside the global template and direct the Global Design Experts on best path to move those processes toward the desired global standard.

Alignment / Methodology

  • Actively participate in Solution Confirmation or designated process areas.

  • Provides direction to help teams deliver a cohesive Solution that aligns with the Business Vision at Sub-Process L2)

  • Evaluate AS IS operational issues and highlighted global solution roadblocks and propose alternatives that lead to adoption of the global standard with minimal to no customization.

  • Accountable for deliverables (Business Process Rqts, Business Process Design Docs, Business Process Model)

  • Under the direction of the Global Process Owner adopt the global template or design/drive any required customization for the Implementation phase of the project or process designs.

  • Responsible for reviewing any adopted design alternatives with Business User Experts and gaining their alignment.

Change Management

  • Embrace simple, leaner, faster design philosophy with strong focus on business outcomes.

  • Proven communication skills to connect between end-users, direct leadership and the broader implementation team.

  • Contribute to development of stakeholder communications.

  • Influence regional stakeholders and conduct training sessions on new processes/tools.

  • Partner with the Business User Expert to facilitate change management within their team and answer queries/alleviate fears.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting related field.

  • 7+ years of strong leadership and ability to lead with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

  • 7+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading a team

  • Proven experience developing solutions that deliver process improvement/standardization.

  • Proven communication skills to connect between end-users and the implementation team.

  • 9-10+ years relevant business experience with demonstrated "people & project" success.

  • Resourceful and independent; thrives in a changing and dynamic work environment.

  • Takes personal responsibility for decisions and delivering results.

  • Fluent in English - Required (Additional languages preferred)
