  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • To prepare quotations for projects
  • To call for quotations from suppliers, vendor or subcontractors, to do cost and margin analysis.
  • To monitor project costs to ensure they remain within budget and timeline
  • To assist in pre and post contracts documentation, including variation orders and progress claims.
  • To assist in source for materials, suppliers, evaluate quotation and update pricing.
  • To collaborate and liaise closely with project team, consultants, project managers, engineers architects to meet project objective.
  • To assist in materials ordering when required and monitoring materials deliver
  • Oversee and value subcontractors' work for payments
  • Advise on claims, disputes and any contractual issues
  • Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying with a focus on interior fit put & construction projects
  • Knowledge in interior design and construction methods and materials is a bonus
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
